Among its many activities, Chef António Nobre is a confrere of the Gastronomic Confraternity of Alentejo; Since 2002, he has been attending the prestigious Congress of San Sebastian, "The Best of Gastronomy"; Was a pioneer in 2002 in the initiative of elaborating a menu of the various oils of the country; In 2004 he received the "Panela ao Lume" award; In 2006 he published the book "Portuguese Chefs, the best recipes" and received 2 gold certificates in the "Gastronomy with Port Wine" competition. In addition, he collaborates in a variety of newspapers and specialty websites, and in September 2006 he was the chef chosen to make the "Appetites" page of the Expresso newspaper.
