If you promise to keep it just for yourself, Chef António Nobre will teach you some of the most well kept secrets of his cuisine, served as gastronomic jewels at the restaurant Degust`AR.
In the very kitchen of the hotel and under the supervision of the Chef, you will learn how to cook:
• Wild shrimp salad with green salad and a reduction of balsamic vinaigrette;
• Beef loin cooked in olive oil and garlic with apple purée;
• Chocolate soup with green tea.
After class you will be invited for an aperitif to arouse your papilla for the perfect combination of wines and each of the three courses that make up this menu.
